  • Event Venue

    For safety reasons and due to safety regulations as well as the maximum capacity of the venue, waiting times can occur at the entrance.

    Global Fashion Agenda reserves the right to change the event locally and/or temporally, if reasonable for the visitor. In this case, the Global Fashion Agenda will announce this at least one week prior to the event. Global Fashion Agenda also reserves the right to change the program schedule. Refusals or changes are announced by the Global Fashion Agenda as early as possible and can take place after the beginning of the event for an important reason. Claims for damages do not arise in that case unless the Global Fashion Agenda acted grossly negligent or by intent.

    You are not allowed to bring animals to the event site.

    You are prohibited from bringing glass containers of any kind, large packages and objects, plastic bottles, PET bottles, and tetra packs with more than 0.5-liter capacity, own food and alcoholic beverages, bicycles and sports equipment, heavy containers, torches, flares, pyrotechnic articles, flammable liquids, aerosols, and all kinds of weapons and other dangerous objects to the event site.

    Any commercial activity from your side is prohibited without prior written consent of the Global Fashion Agenda.

  • Assumption of Risk

    Your attendance at the Event is strictly voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that you understand the warnings and risks concerning COVID-19 and all other contagious illnesses, and that following preventative rules and maintaining personal discipline may help reduce this risk, but that the risk of serious illness and in some cases, death, is not completely eliminated. By attending the Event, you voluntarily, knowingly, and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault associated with the Event or activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the actions, omissions, negligence, fault or conduct of any kind by you and others, including, but not limited to, GFA staff, host location staff, the Event attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors, who may attend the Event or their respective families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, you agree to release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against GFA and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the actions, omissions, negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, which your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your attendance at the Event.

  • Pictures/Recordings

    By entering the event site, you irrevocably consent to the unpaid use of your image and your voice for photographs, live transmissions, broadcasts, and/or recordings of image and/or sound, which are created by the Global Fashion Agenda or its agents in connection with the event and their subsequent use in all current and future media (in particular in the form of tapes and disks, and their digital distribution, e.g. via the internet as well as to the use via social media marketing and channels, display marketing on and off Global Fashion Agenda’s premises, advertorials on and off Global Fashion Agenda’s premises).

    Taking photographs for private use is permitted in principle.

  • Liability

    Global Fashion Agenda assumes no liability against you, except the above sections and required regulations. Global Fashion Agenda assumes under no circumstances liability for indirect loss or consequential damage, including loss or damage of data.

    Global Fashion Agenda’s responsibility for damages to persons and objects, etc. is limited to circumstances related to gross negligence caused by Global Fashion Agenda and liability in accordance with the required general compensation rules.

    Global Fashion Agenda takes no responsibility for loss or damage (including fire/water damage). Any injury or damage sustained by visitors is of no concern of Global Fashion Agenda. This does not apply if the damage or injury is attributable to deliberate or gross negligence on the part of Global Fashion Agenda’s management or staff responsible for Global Fashion Summit.

    Global Fashion Agenda is not liable for any costs incurred by you or your guest(s), unless agreed upon in writing. These costs include, but are not limited to, travel, meals, lodging, medical, health, or disability insurance in the case of injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring during the event or travel to and from the event under any circumstance.

  • Conclusion of Agreement

    The agreement only takes binding effect for the organizer and the ticket holder (“you”) when Global Fashion Agenda has registered and received your payment, and you received a confirmation email.

    The purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of Danish law, unless other rules regarding consumer protection are applicable in the country of your residence.

  • Ticket

    The ticket email with the barcode is your access card to Global Fashion Summit 2024. Global Fashion Agenda’s barcode system ensures that the ticket you receive cannot be copied or otherwise forged. You do not have to have a physical copy of the ticket at the event site, an e-ticket is accepted and encouraged.

    A receipt will be sent to you by email as an attachment in the confirmation email along with your ticket. Please remember to include your VAT/Reg. number in the company billing information during the purchase process in order to reclaim VAT on the ticket itself (see section 6 and 7 for more information on VAT).

    The tickets are sent shortly after the purchase to the email address of the purchaser. If you have purchased tickets for multiple individuals within one order, please ensure to forward the tickets to the relevant attendees. If you do not receive the email with the ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact service@globalfashionsummit.com. 

    The inclusion in your ticket depends on your ticket type.

    Yes, full-day catering and beverages during both Summit days are included in the ticket price. 

    You can maximum buy 10 Regular tickets per transaction. Please contact  service@globalfashionsummit.com if you wish to purchase 6 or more tickets for a bundle ticket discount. 

    Please note that you have to submit an application for a Premium Ticket. Your application will be reviewed within five working days. If your application is approved you will be able to buy a Premium Ticket. You can apply for a Premium Ticket here.

    Billetto: MasterCard, American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Another payment method is to request an invoice from Global Fashion Agenda.

    Inside EU:

    According to Danish law, VAT must be included in the total purchase price. However, if you are charged VAT on business activities in an EU country where you are not established, you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in that country. You must therefore claim your VAT refund online, via the authorities in the country where your business is based. Please note only the VAT on the ticket itself is refundable, whereas the VAT on the ticket fee is non-refundable.

    Outside of EU: According to Danish law, VAT must be included in the total purchase price. Businesses domiciled in countries outside the EU can however obtain a refund of VAT through an application. The amount will not be refunded automatically. Please note only the VAT on the ticket itself is refundable, whereas the VAT on the ticket fee is non-refundable.

    It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:

    Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda.

    Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda.

    All professional business sale or other transfer of tickets, irrespective of the price are not permitted.

    If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda shall cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of DKK 1000.00 per ticket.

    If you prefer to pay for your ticket through an invoice, you can select “invoice” as your payment method on the Billetto ticket registration site. After entering your ticket details and choosing invoice as the payment type, you’ll be directed to provide your invoicing details. We will review your request and respond within five working days. Please note that there is a service fee of €50 associated with this payment method.

    In some cases, we provide delegates, applicants and other ticketholders with an official invitation-document that can support your visa-application. However, this document doesn’t provide any guarantees.

    To visit Denmark for a short period of time and if you are a citizen of a country with a visa requirement, you must have a visa. Click here to check which countries have visa requirements.  

    For countries with visa requirements, placement will be determined based on the outlined categorization into one of the five groups.

    The Global Fashion Summit is scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 21st, 22nd and 23rd of May 2024 

    If you are aware that your entry into Denmark during the event dates requires a visa, we strongly recommend that you initiate the visa application process without delay. It is imperative to recognize that the waiting period and the subsequent approval phase can be time-intensive, contingent on your geographical location. 

    Since we do not issue refunds for our tickets, we urge any prospective attendees to address this visa-related matter before the purchase of any ticket, be it for one or multiple delegates. 

    All prices are shown inclusive VAT and ticket fees during the purchasing process on our ticket provider Billetto’s site. Billetto charges a fixed ticket fee of €8 on the transaction for both credit and debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You do not pay for failed charges. The transaction fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

    Registrations for Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2024 are non-refundable and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation. If you have already registered but are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your registration to a colleague.     Global Fashion Agenda may never be held liable for the loss of a ticket. In the event of loss or theft before the event, Global Fashion Agenda can issue a new ticket for you. The new ticket will be sent by email and will have a new barcode, whereas the barcode of the lost ticket will be canceled and can no longer be used at the entrance. You should contact service@globalfashionsummit.com with a wish for replacement NO LATER THAN 15 BUSINESS DAYS prior to Global Fashion Summit 2024. After this period, Global Fashion Agenda will not be able to replace your ticket.

  • Cancellation

    The event has been canceled if the event is not performed at all. Changes to the program, the date, partial performance of the event, etc. are accordingly not considered cancellation, and the money will normally not be refunded.
