The agreement only takes binding effect for the organizer and the ticket holder (“you”) when Global Fashion Agenda has registered and received your payment, and you received a confirmation email.

The purchase agreement is subject to the general rules of Danish law, unless other rules regarding consumer protection are applicable in the country of your residence.

The tickets are sent to the email address you have stated as soon as possible after the purchase. If you do not receive the email with the ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact service@globalfashionsummit.com or +45 70 20 30 68.

All prices are shown exclusive VAT and ticket fee on the Global Fashion Summit website. The costs will appear with VAT included before the payment is completed and will be a part of the total amount in the purchase process on the Biletto ticket registration system.

You can pay for your tickets by MasterCard, American Express, and VISA. Payments using Visa and MasterCard are processed by Stripe Inc. Stripe has been audited by an independent PCI Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and is certified as a PCI Level 1 Service Provider. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your payment information will not be stored or used for another purpose by Stripe Inc.

We charge a fixed transaction fee of 8 euros per ticket for both credit or debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You don’t pay anything for failed charges.

The transaction fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

The ticket email with the barcode is your access card to Global Fashion Summit 2026. Global Fashion Agenda’s barcode system ensures that the ticket you receive cannot be copied or otherwise forged. You do not have to have a physical copy of the ticket at the event site, an e-ticket is accepted and encouraged.

It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:

Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda.

Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda.

All professional business sale or other transfer of tickets, irrespective of the price.

If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda shall cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of DKK 1000.00 per ticket.

Global Fashion Agenda may never be held liable for the loss of a ticket. In the event of loss or theft before the event, Global Fashion Agenda is able to issue a new ticket for you. The new ticket will be sent by email and will have a new barcode, whereas the barcode of the lost ticket will be canceled and can no longer be used at the entrance. You should contact service@globalfashionsummit.com with a wish for replacement NO LATER THAN 15 BUSINESS DAYS prior to Global Fashion Summit 2026. After this period of time, Global Fashion Agenda will not be able to replace your ticket.

The event has been canceled if the event is not performed at all. Changes to the program, the date, partial performance of the event, etc. are accordingly not considered cancellation, and the money will normally not be refunded.

Registrations for Global Fashion Summit are non-refundable, and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation. The repayment will be transferred to the card used when purchasing the tickets.

If you have already registered but are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact service@globalfashionsummit.com if you wish to transfer your registration.

Global Fashion Agenda assumes no liability against you, except the above sections and required regulations. Global Fashion Agenda assumes under no circumstances liability for indirect loss or consequential damage, including loss or damage of data.

Global Fashion Agenda’s responsibility for damages to persons and objects, etc. is limited to circumstances related to gross negligence caused by Global Fashion Agenda and liability in accordance with the required general compensation rules.

Global Fashion Agenda takes no responsibility for loss or damage (including fire/water damage). Any injury or damage sustained by visitors is of no concern of Global Fashion Agenda. This does not apply if the damage or injury is attributable to deliberate or gross negligence on the part of Global Fashion Agenda’s management or staff responsible for Global Fashion Summit.

Global Fashion Agenda is not liable for any costs incurred by you or your guest(s), unless agreed upon in writing. These costs include, but are not limited to, travel, meals, lodging, medical, health, or disability insurance in the case of injury, illness, death, or property damage occurring during the event or travel to and from the event under any circumstance.

Global Fashion Agenda registers and uses personal data in accordance with our Cookies and Privacy Policy.
The entered personal data will be stored in a forum created by Global Fashion Agenda.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree and understand:

that Global Fashion Agenda will disclose the entered data to the persons responsible for the Summit;

that Global Fashion Agenda will disclose the entered data in anonymized form for statistical purposes and for the enhancement of Global Fashion Agenda’s systems;

that Global Fashion Agenda will store the entered data entered or otherwise made available on the Global Fashion Summit for the period up to the start of the Summit 2026 in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Information Shared with other Attendees and Event Partners/Sponsors. In some cases, Attendee Name, Job Title, Company, Country, and status of in-person or virtual (if applicable) may be shared with formal event sponsors, organizing partners, and or other attendees through the mobile app. Contact information will not be shared. Attendees may opt out of sharing this information in registration.

The entered data are considered the exclusive property of Global Fashion Agenda. If visitors enjoy any rights, including intellectual property rights, to such information/data, such rights are of no concern to Global Fashion Agenda.

By entering the event site, you irrevocably consent to the unpaid use of your image and your voice for photographs, live transmissions, broadcasts, and/or recordings of image and/or sound, which are created by the Global Fashion Agenda or its agents in connection with the event and their subsequent use in all current and future media (in particular in the form of tapes and disks, and their digital distribution, e.g. via the internet as well as to the use via social media marketing and channels, display marketing on and off Global Fashion Agenda’s premises, advertorials on and off Global Fashion Agenda’s premises).

Taking photographs for private use is permitted in principle.

Your attendance at the Event is strictly voluntary. You agree and acknowledge that you understand the potential risks associated with attending public gatherings, including exposure to illness or injury. By attending the Event, you voluntarily, knowingly, and freely assume all such risks, including any injury, harm, or loss caused by the actions, omissions, negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind by you or others, including, but not limited to, GFA staff, host location staff, event attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors. Accordingly, you agree to release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against GFA and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the actions, omissions, negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, which your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your attendance at the Event.

For safety reasons and due to safety regulations as well as the maximum capacity of the venue, waiting times can occur at the entrance.

Global Fashion Agenda reserves the right to change the event locally and/or temporally, if reasonable for the visitor. In this case, the Global Fashion Agenda will announce this at least one week prior to the event. Global Fashion Agenda also reserves the right to change the program schedule. Refusals or changes are announced by the Global Fashion Agenda as early as possible and can take place also after the beginning of the event for an important reason. Claims for damages do not arise in that case unless the Global Fashion Agenda acted grossly negligent or by intent.

You are not allowed to bring animals to the event site.

You are prohibited to take glass containers of any kind, large packages and objects, plastic bottles, PET bottles, and tetra packs with more than 0.5-liter capacity, own food and alcoholic beverages, bicycles and sports equipment, heavy containers, torches, flares, pyrotechnic articles, flammable liquids, aerosols, and all kinds of weapons and other dangerous objects on the event site.

Any commercial activity from your side is prohibited without prior written consent of the Global Fashion Agenda.
