The ticket email with the barcode is your access card to Global Fashion Summit 2026. Global Fashion Agenda’s barcode system ensures that the ticket you receive cannot be copied or otherwise forged. You do not need a physical copy of the ticket at the event site, an e-ticket is accepted and encouraged. You will also be able to scan your ticket via a QR code in the Summit App.

A receipt will be sent to you by email as an attachment in the confirmation email along with your ticket. 

The tickets are sent shortly after the purchase to the email address of the purchaser. If you have purchased tickets for multiple individuals within one order, please ensure to forward the tickets to the relevant attendees. If you do not receive the email with the ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact service@globalfashionsummit.com.

All-day catering and beverages during both Summit days are included in the ticket price. 

You can maximum buy 10 Regular tickets per transaction. Please contact service@globalfashionsummit.com if you wish to purchase more tickets. Make sure you fill out information for all attendees to ensure correct access to the venue and the Official Summit App. 

Please note that you have to submit an application for a Premium Ticket. Your application will be reviewed in the beginning of March. If your application is approved you will be able to register your Premium Ticket. You can apply for a Premium Ticket here.

Please remember to include your VAT/Reg. number in the company billing information during the purchase process in order to reclaim VAT on the ticket itself.

Inside EU: According to Danish law, VAT must be included in the total purchase price. However, if you are charged VAT on business activities in an EU country where you are not established, you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in that country. You must therefore claim your VAT refund online, via the authorities in the country where your business is based. Please note only the VAT on the ticket itself is refundable, whereas the VAT on the ticket fee is non-refundable.

Why do I need a Billetto account?
Billetto does not require you to create an account before the purchase and offers a guest check-out option by default.

However, once you purchase a ticket on Billetto for the first time, we start creating your account and send you the email with instructions on how to finalise (add a password) your account creation and get access to it. For the best ticket-purchasing experience, please use Google Chrome.

This is done for all our new users in order to ensure that we can deliver the best service possible. Should you experience any issues with your order, perhaps you have mistyped your email address or deleted the confirmation email with your tickets attached, we can find it on your Billetto Account.

Additionally, you can log into your Billetto profile at any time to download your tickets, should you have misplaced them, as well as see which upcoming events you have booked tickets for or have ‘liked’ for later. You can also login to our Billetto mobile app to use it at the entrance instead of printing a ticket.

When you create a Billetto account, you will also have a Public Profile, this allows you to be a part of our event community. If you want to take a more active role in the growing Billetto community you can add a profile image and other details by editing your profile.

Your data is securely stored, and we do not sell or pass your details on to any third parties.

The organiser of the event for which you have purchased your tickets does have access to your name and email address, as they may need to contact you with important information about the event.

Unless you have expressly given permission for the organiser of an event to contact you via email with information about other upcoming events they may be organising, they are not permitted by the GDPR law to do so.

It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:

Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda.

Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda.

All professional business sale or other transfer of tickets, irrespective of the price are not permitted.

If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda shall cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of DKK 1000.00 per ticket.

In some cases, we provide delegates, applicants and other ticket holders with an official invitation-document that can support your visa-application. However, this document doesn’t provide any guarantees.

To visit Denmark for a short period of time and if you are a citizen of a country with a visa requirement, you must have a visa. Click here to check which countries have visa requirements. It is recommended that you apply for a short-term cultural/conference visa. You can learn more here.

Global Fashion Summit is scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark on the 6-7 May 2026.

If you are aware that your entry into Denmark during the event dates requires a visa, we strongly recommend that you initiate the visa application process without delay. It is imperative to recognize that the waiting period and the subsequent approval phase can be time-intensive, contingent on your geographical location. 

Since we do not issue refunds for our tickets, we urge any prospective attendees to address this visa-related matter before the purchase of any ticket, be it for one or multiple delegates.

All prices are shown as exclusive VAT and ticket fees during the purchasing process on our ticket provider Billetto’s site. Billetto charges a fixed ticket fee of €8 on the transaction for both credit and debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You do not pay for failed charges. The transaction fee will not be refunded in case of cancellation.

Registrations for Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2026 are non-refundable and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation. If you have already registered but are unable to attend, we are happy to transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact service@globalfashionsummit.com or if you wish to transfer your registration.

Global Fashion Agenda may never be held liable for the loss of a ticket. In the event of loss or theft before the event, Global Fashion Agenda can issue a new ticket for you. The new ticket will be sent by email and will have a new barcode, whereas the barcode of the lost ticket will be canceled and can no longer be used at the entrance. You should contact service@globalfashionsummit.com with a wish for replacement no later than 15 business days prior to Global Fashion Summit 2026. After this period, Global Fashion Agenda will not be able to replace your ticket.
