Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2023 will take place on 27-28 June, under the patronage of HRH The Crown Princess of Denmark in the Copenhagen Concert hall, Denmark. The Summit will be supported by Principal Sponsor, Maersk and side events will commence on 26 June.

Major objectives for sustainability action are in place. Yet across the globe, industries are not on track to meet them. With forceful ambitions for change clearer than ever, it’s time for fashion to flex its influence through proven implementation: galvanizing the industry towards net positive now.

The theme of Global Fashion Summit: Copenhagen Edition 2023 is ‘Ambition to Action.’ With an uplifting sense of clarity, Global Fashion Agenda will present content experiences focused on tangible impact.

Truly embodying Ambition to Action requires a unanimous mindset shift from leaders. The industry is faced with not only a great responsibility, but also an incredible opportunity to subvert its current path by putting back more into society, the environment and the global economy than it takes out.

With a targeted audience of fashion leaders including new voices, the forum will facilitate intimate discussions and networking opportunities between industry stakeholders and decision makers.

WHICH PAYMENT OPTIONS DO WE OFFER?
HOW DO I PAY MY TICKET THROUGH AN INVOICE?

If you want to pay your ticket through an invoice, please request it in the ticket solution Billetto, or contact:
SERVICE@GLOBALFASHIONSUMMIT.COM

We will look into your request and get back to you within five working days. Please be aware that we charge a service fee of €50 for this payment method.

DO I GET A RECEIPT FOR MY TICKET PURCHASE?

A receipt will be sent to you by email as an attachment in the confirmation email along with your ticket. Please remember to include your VAT/Reg. number in the company billing information during the purchase process in order to reclaim VAT on the ticket itself (see sections below).

HOW DO I GET A VAT REFUND OUTSIDE OF EU?

According to Danish law, VAT must be included in the total purchase price. Businesses domiciled in countries outside the EU can however obtain a refund of VAT through an application. The amount will not be refunded automatically. Please note only the VAT on the ticket itself is refundable, whereas the VAT on the ticket fee is non-refundable. HOW DO I GET A VAT REFUND INSIDE THE EU?

According to Danish law, VAT must be included in the total purchase price. However, if you are charged VAT on business activities in an EU country where you are not established, you may be entitled to have the VAT refunded by the authorities in that country. You must therefore claim your VAT refund online, via the authorities in the country where your business is based. Please note only the VAT on the ticket itself is refundable, whereas the VAT on the ticket fee is non-refundable.Please click here for more information.

 

 

 

CAN I GET MY TICKET REFUNDED?

Registrations for Global Fashion Summit are non-refundable and purchased tickets will only be refunded in the event of cancellation.

I DID NOT RECEIVE MY TICKET ON MY LISTED EMAIL – WHAT DO I DO?

The tickets are sent shortly after the purchase to the email address you have stated. If you do not receive the email with the ticket within 24 hours of the purchase, please contact SERVICE@GLOBALFASHIONSUMMIT.COM.

I LOST MY TICKET – WHAT DO I DO?

In the event of loss or theft before the event, Global Fashion Agenda is able to issue a new ticket for you. The ticket will be sent by email. Please contact SERVICE@GLOBALFASHIONSUMMIT.COM no later than 5 business days prior to the Global Fashion Summit.

ARE THERE ANY TICKET FEES?

All prices are shown inclusive VAT and ticket fees during the purchasing process on our ticket provider Billetto’s site. Billetto charges a fixed ticket fee of €8 on the transaction for both credit and debit card payments. The price is the same for all cards. You do not pay for failed charges.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I BUY PER TRANSACTION?

You can maximum buy 10 Regular tickets per transaction. Please contact SERVICE@GLOBALFASHIONSUMMIT.COM if you wish to purchase more than 10 Regular tickets.

CAN I TRANSFER PURCHASED TICKETS FOR COMMERCIAL OR OTHER BUSINESS PURPOSES?

It is not permitted to transfer purchased tickets for commercial or other business purposes, such as:

  • Use of tickets as prizes in competitions or similar, without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
  • Transfer of tickets where such transfer is made as a bonus for other services without having obtained prior approval from Global Fashion Agenda
  • All professional business sales or other transfers of tickets, irrespective of the price

If the ticket is used or transferred for commercial purposes, Global Fashion Agenda will cancel the ticket. Global Fashion Agenda has the right to invoice all costs related to the cancellation as a consequence of misuse, with a minimum of €135 per ticket.

IS FOOD AND BEVERAGE INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?

Yes, a light breakfast, snacks within the short breaks and full lunch is included in the ticket price, during both Summit days.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Your attendance at the Event is strictly voluntary. You acknowledge and agree that you understand the warning and risks concerning COVID-19, the highly contagious nature of COVID-19, and that following preventative rules and maintaining personal discipline may help reduce this risk, but that the risk of serious illness and in some cases, death, is not completely eliminated. By attending the Event, you voluntarily, knowingly, and freely assume all such risks related to illness and infectious diseases, such as COVID-19, even if arising from the negligence or fault associated with the Event or activity, including any injury, harm and loss caused by the actions, omissions, negligence, fault or conduct of any kind by you and others, including, but not limited to, GFA staff, host location staff, the Event attendees, exhibitors, or sponsors, who may attend the Event or their respective families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, you agree to release, waive and forever discharge any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind or nature against GFA and its affiliated partners and sponsors, including in each case, without limitation, their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), either in law or in equity, to the fullest extent permissible by law, including but not limited to damages or losses caused by the actions, omissions, negligence, fault or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties, including but not limited to death, bodily injury, illness, economic loss or out of pocket expenses, which your heirs, assignees, next of kin and/or legally appointed or designated representatives, may have or which may hereinafter accrue on your behalf, which arise or may hereafter arise from your attendance at the Event.

I HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET BUT I AM PREVENTED FROM ATTENDING THE SUMMIT – WHAT DO I DO?

If you have already purchased a ticket but are unable to attend, after all, we can transfer your registration to a colleague. Please contact SERVICE@GLOBALFASHIONSUMMIT.COM if you wish to transfer your registration. We will not refund any tickets.

HOW CAN I GET A PREMIUM TICKET?

Please note that you have to submit an application for a Premium Ticket. Your application will be reviewed within five working days. If your application is approved you will be able to buy a Premium Ticket. You can apply for a Premium Ticket here.

WHO QUALIFIES AS A PREMIUM TICKET HOLDER?

To qualify as a Premium Ticket holder, you need to be in a C-suite/executive management position within a private company.

WHO CAN HELP ME WITH MY TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATION BOOKINGS?

Summit’s official hospitality partner RASK Travel can provide you with hospitality services should you need assistance with flights, hotel and transportation booking. Please contact if you need any assistance.

June is high season in Copenhagen and multiple events are happening throughout the month. We therefore highly recommend pre-booking your flight and hotel as soon as possible.
